In more than 20 years of practice, Chuck Pollack has handled a wide variety of business transactions, and provided counsel across many different practice areas, and with an undergraduate degree in Finance, Chuck has become known as a “trusted advisor” for both his legal ability and business acumen.   His clients run the gamut – restaurants, financial institutions, car dealerships, builders, and individuals, just to mention a few – and represent transactions involving just a few thousand dollars to hundreds of millions.
Please visit Chuck's
HyperLink  and HyperLink  profiles to see referrals and recommendations from present and former clients.

A significant portion of Chuck’s practice is real estate, and he is able to provide counsel in virtually all facets of commercial real estate .... buying, selling, exchanging and leasing.  Chuck has participated in commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States and internationally.

Leveraging his transactional and business law knowledge, in those situations when disputes do arise, Chuck brings to the table experience in commercial litigation (contract disputes, construction law, landlord/tenant, etc…), as well as alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration).
