Established in 1984, Fryer, Shuster & Lester, P.C. is a general practice
law firm located in the Perimeter Center area in North Atlanta. While the Firm
maintains a general business practice, its lawyers have developed their own
areas of expertise.
These areas include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, covenants not to
compete, franchise law, real estate, estate planning, federal taxation,
health care law, commercial litigation, domestic relations and personal injury
and product liability litigation. Attorneys of the Firm have lectured and
published articles in their respective areas of expertise. The Firm’s clientele
consists of professionals, executives and other individuals, as well as, closely
held businesses and publicly traded companies.The focus of the Firm’s
activities is to assist its clients in their business and legal affairs by
maintaining an overview of the client’s situation and by then applying the
Firm’s particular expertise in its specialty areas of law.
